As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping the performance of our AI-driven energy platform. Drive Product Performance: Analyze the performance of our Virtual Power Plant algorithms, uncovering trends, anomalies, and opportunities to boost efficiency and reliability.
Deliver Market Insights: Use your understanding of energy markets to identify business opportunities, guide innovation, and support company-wide strategic decisions.
Shape the Product Roadmap: Work closely with product managers to evaluate new features, ensuring they meet market needs and are supported by rigorous data analysis.
Think Strategically: Turn data into decisions — your insights will directly influence how we build, optimize, and scale our platform.
Promote Data-Driven Culture: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and tooling that embed analytics into our daily operations and product development processes.
Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Researcher — ideally within the energy sector.
Understanding of Energy Markets, concepts of Virtual Power Plant and Home Energy Management Systems is essential for this role.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis methodologies, Python and software development practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
