Previous experience in energy markets
Hello!
I'm Fabian, Co-founder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
I’m committed to fostering a work environment defined by autonomy and empowerment. I believe in giving you full ownership of your role and initiatives. Of course, I’m always here to collaborate, brainstorm ideas, tackle tough challenges together, or help clear any roadblocks. I genuinely enjoy being part of this process.
Looking forward to connecting soon! Fabian
