Your Responsibilities
- Be the Time Guru: Own scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and agenda prep for executives to ensure they’re always a step ahead. Help executives prioritize appointments
- Drive communications: Draft and edit communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives and Flexa.
- Be the Operational Champion: Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistical planning with precision and efficiency. Use AI with creativity.
- Advocate Flexa's Culture: Plan team events, celebrations, and moments that bring the Flexa spirit to life.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle ad hoc challenges and bring creative solutions to the table.
Your Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - thus supporting founders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
High level of attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with proactive attitude

I'm Fabian, Co-CEO at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
