Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
8+ years within software development and leadership, with 3-4 years as an individual contributor in the software field
3+ years of experience working on a data product with algorithmic and ML components
Demonstrated success in managing and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders as well as collaborating on deep technical concepts with your peers and team
Track record of successfully delivering technically advanced software products on time
Ability in troubleshooting the gnarliest problem and drawing the most beautiful designs
